Nirixense is built on the 6+ year collaboration between our co-founders Prof. Siddharth Tallur and Prof. Sauvik Banerjee’s teams at IIT Bombay to develop affordable, made-in-India SHM and NDT solutions. We address the pressing need for timely and cost-effective maintenance of critical infrastructure by offering made-in-India, rugged, and affordable solutions.
Our install-and-forget, low-maintenance SHM products, enabled by edge AI and IoT, give insights into structural integrity. Our value-for-money NDT products enable early detection of cracks, corrosion, and other defects. We intend to cater to diverse sectors: concrete, metallic and composite structures. Our immediate target market is reinforced concrete infrastructure. We aim to create a unified hub within a fully integrated SHM ecosystem with our technology, streamlining everything from sensor deployment to data-driven decision-making.
