Essential qualifications & experience:
* B.Tech./B.E./B.Des. in Electronics or equivalent degree with 2 year of relevant experience (OR) M.Tech./M.E./M.Des. in Electronics or equivalent degree
* Proficiency in C/C++ for microcontroller programming.
Experience with at least one MCU firmware programming (excluding Arduino IDE or MicroPython)
* Knowledge of Python, Java, or relevant programming languages for application software development
* Good spoken and written communication skills
* Experience with SCM/SVN tools like Git, Mercurial, etc.
* Experience with at least one hardware system development containing either a microprocessor, microcontroller or FPGA
* Knowledge of basic analog and digital electronics
* Knowledge of 2-layer PCB design and assembly (preferred, but not mandatory)

Job profile:
* Develop firmware for handheld electromagnetic inspection devices developed in-house
* Work closely with the software and hardware development teams to create the firmware
* Understand requirements of both the end user and the engineering team to implement the firmware
* Document tasks daily and create detailed user manuals
* Deliver the decided project milestones in timely manner
* Manage multiple tasks at a time
* Help with other on-going activities as and when required
Pay details: Consolidated salary between ₹50,000/- to ₹1,00,000/- per month based on the qualification and experience.
General information: The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview. Expected to work with our Company for at least 2 years. If either the employee or the employer wishes to discontinue, two months’ notice period will be required. Candidates called for on-site interview may be required to attend at their own expenses.

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Market Analyst Intern to help us understand the Indian and global market landscape, identify growth opportunities, and support our go-to-market strategy.
What you’ll do:
* Market Research: Deep-dive into the Indian and global SHM and NDT markets—analyzing market size, growth trends, customer segments, and technology adoption.
* Trends and Regulations: Identify policy, regulation and technology developments affecting NDT and SHM product adoption.
* Competitor Analysis: Identify and evaluate existing NDT and SHM products (hardware & software), their features and pricing.
* SOM Analysis: Estimate potential Share of Market (SOM) across various regions and verticals.
* Distribution Channels: Research and identify potential distribution and sales channels for different customer segments.
* Go-to-market strategies: Assist business development team with development of Go To Market plans and sales collateral for NDT and SHM products.
