We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and scale modern web applications using Python, React, and cloud-native technologies. In this role, you will work across the entire stack (from back-end APIs and databases to responsive front-ends and CI/CD pipelines) contributing to architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Key responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services using Python and RESTful APIs.
* Build clean, responsive, and maintainable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript.
* Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
* Participate in system design discussions, proposing solutions with clear trade-offs.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated deployments.
* Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
* Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Essential qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
* Strong proficiency in Python for back-end development and API design.
* Solid experience with React and modern front-end architecture.
* Good understanding of PostgreSQL, schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
* Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
* Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong understanding of REST, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and navigate the challenges of an early-stage startup environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities as the company grows.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with system design for scalable and high-availability applications.
* Knowledge of message queues or streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
* Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
* Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
* Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical initiatives.
* Exposure to front-end performance optimization and UX best practices.

Pay details: Will be a combination of Fixed and Variable components. This will be commensurate with qualifications, experience and industry standards.
