Evaluation of reinforcement mapping during retrofitting using ReX 100 Rebar Scanner

Accurate reinforcement mapping is critical for safe and effective retrofitting of RCC structures, especially in corrosion-affected conditions. This case study demonstrates how ReX 100 reliably detects rebar location, spacing, and continuity under real site conditions, with direct validation against exposed reinforcement. The results highlight its value as a practical, non-destructive tool for improving safety, reducing uncertainty, and enabling precise decision-making in structural strengthening projects.
